Laramie Project Reflection

I had miscellaneous emotions during the the book because of the situation that was going on like what happened to Matthew Sheppard, and the description that Aaron Kreifels the biker who had found Matthew Sheppard was very malevolent, Aaron Kreifels found Matthew Sheppard after the killer had brutally killed him. When we were reading in class it was kind of hard to comprehend of what the town's people were saying. Not considering, I wouldn've been fine not reading this play. I am not a great fan of reading about
homosexuality and reading why Matthew Sheppard was killed for. Another, is that play's really don't interest me because it get's really boring reading script after script. A very specific example in the play that I didn't like was when Mr. Kreifels found Matthew. Aaron  Kreifels wasn't going that way where he found Matthew Sheppard, but he had a feeling that he should go that way and than he found Matthew Sheppard. It felt to me that the description of Matthew Sheppard were kind of to much. When Matthew Sheppard was tied to a buck fence than beat him so you can't even recognized him. It's appealing  that this murder even occured because the city of Laramie, Wyoming was known to have many gays living there. Sargeant Hing had said how could this happen. how someone can do something like this. We have one of the most vocal populations of gay people in the state. . . .and it’s pretty much: Live and let live.”  I believe that if someone comes out and to be gay than let them have the right to do that.
